Terms of Service

Welcome to Homework Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Homework Pro CRM application ("Service") provided by Homework Remodel and Repair LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration and Access
Access to Homework Pro is granted by an organization administrator. You sign in using Google Sign-In, and your access level is determined by the role assigned to you within your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your credentials. You must notify your organization administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to managing your residential construction operations. You agree not to: use the Service to store, transmit, or process any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; or use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.
4. Data Ownership
You and your organization retain full ownership of all business data entered into the Service, including customer information, project records, financial data, documents, and uploaded files. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. We access your data only as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Workspace (Calendar and Gmail), Anthropic Claude AI, Stripe, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
7. AI-Powered Features
Homework Pro includes AI-powered features (such as message drafting and project assistance) provided through the Anthropic Claude API. AI-generated content is provided as a convenience and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before sending it to clients or using it in business operations.
8. Payment and Billing
If your use of the Service involves paid features or subscription plans, payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Homework Remodel and Repair LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homework Remodel and Repair LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Your organization administrator may also revoke your access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including data ownership, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Jurisdiction].
